Safety, impersonation, and abuse

Use the Report this identity control on a public profile where possible. You can also email hi.there@wordfone.com with the identity, what happened, and any relevant non-sensitive evidence. Do not use support to report an emergency; contact local emergency services instead.

Organisation verification and partnerships

For organisation-verification enquiries or service partnerships, email hi.there@wordfone.com from an address connected with the organisation and include the relevant identity.

Account verification, recovery, security alerts, and identity notices are sent from the configured WordFone email address through authenticated SMTP. If you think a message is suspicious, do not use its links; sign in through the normal WordFone address instead.
